Pearson BTEC HN Flex (Flexible Unit Study)
EAAC Group is proud to offer Pearson BTEC HN Flex, a modular and highly flexible pathway designed for working professionals and individuals who need targeted, bite-sized skill development. HN Flex allows you to study individual credit-bearing units adopted directly from the full BTEC Higher National (Level 4 and 5) qualifications.
How HN Flex Works: Upskill, Reskill, and Stack
Bite-Sized Learning: Gain specific, occupationally relevant knowledge and skills without the commitment of a full-time, two-year program. Each unit is a short course, typically lasting 2 weeks.
Targeted CPD
HN Flex is ideal for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Employers can sponsor specific units to rapidly upskill their teams in niche technical areas (e.g., PLCs, Fluid Mechanics, Digital Marketing Strategy).
Stackable Credit
Successful completion of each unit earns you a Certificate of Unit Credit (CoUC) detailing the unit, credits, and RQF level. These credits are stackable, meaning you can bank them and use them later to gain Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if you decide to progress to a full BTEC HNC or HND qualification in the future.
